Really really nice stay for an enjoyable vacation. Room was large and well-equipped and had tea/coffee making equipment, a dining area, and a sitting area.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

Excellent location, just a short walk to St Mark's Square and close to great restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Convenient transportation options, with easy access to vaporetto stops. The hotel was in a convenient location for transfers back to the airport.

the location was perfect and magnificent, i easily reached a grand showpiece square. also, it was so close to restaurants & transfers back to the airport, the quayside, and san marco square.

quiet atmosphere, stunning location next to venezia and palace and all attractions. you can benefit from a handy kitchenette and cook your breakfast.

The host was always available, and the kitchenette had a coffeemaker, a fridge, and kitchenware, which was perfect for us.

Convenient Location

This place is close to the train station, San Marco square, and plenty of restaurants, delis, and supermarkets. Everything in the city is just a stone's throw away! 🌟

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment in Venice. Stefano, the owner, was extremely helpful and provided detailed instructions for our arrival. the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and fast wifi. the location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions and a boat dock. Stefano also gave us great recommendations for places to visit and how to get there. I highly recommend Stefano and this apartment for a fantastic stay in Venice. Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect! 😄.

The shower stall was so small, I felt like I was auditioning for a contortionist class. Who needs elbow room anyway?

The value for money was excellent, and the room was so nice in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very close to St Marks Square and other major sights. It was in a great area, surrounded by nice restaurants and with easy access to everything. The rooms were well-appointed and homely, with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host, Stefano, was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

One downside was that the hotel did not have a karaoke or casino facility, which was a disappointment for someone like me who enjoys those activities.

We had a delightful stay at this fantastic apartment in Venice. The friendly host, Stefano, made us feel like locals throughout our 3-night stay. The well-equipped and spacious room gave us plenty of comfort and a true sense of being at home. We were even pleasantly surprised to find Chinese TV, allowing my mom to enjoy her favorite shows. Stefano's excellent communication and helpful recommendations made our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment's ideal location, within walking distance of main attractions and a boat dock, made exploring the city a breeze. a perfect 10 score apartment that we would definitely stay in again.
